Do you offer next day delivery?

Currently we do not offer expedited or next day delivery. We only offer standard for domestic and international. 

How do you handle  returns / exchanges?

We offer returns within 15 business days from delivered date. Returns must be new, unworn, and with original tags and packaging. No exception.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless error/mistake was caused by Bella Vi. 

Exchanges are based on availability of stock.

How long does it take to receive an order?

Once we receive your (paid) order, it will take up to 48 business hours to process and tracking numbers will be sent to you when your package is processed and ready to ship.

Shipping time is 3-5 business days in the USA and International shipping varies 5-15 days depending on destination. 

Do you provide tracking numbers for your orders?

Yes, we provide tracking numbers for all orders shipped in the US (domestic). Your tacking numbers will be updated to your order once it has been shipped. 

What shipping carrier do you use?

We ship with United States Postal Service (USPS) and DHL. We will choose the best shipping carrier for your order and will provide tracking numbers for all domestic orders.
